Dear Carriers, Please be advised of Change to slot drop release time for DP World Brisbane. Please note that DP World Brisbane terminal Timeslot drop time for all import and export slots will change as of this Thursday 04/06/2026. After many years, the terminal is moving away from the midnight slot release for the next 4th working day, please refer below for updated slot drop schedule: As of this Thursday 04/06 at 08:00 - slots for Monday will be released This Friday 08:00 – slots for Tuesday will be released This Saturday 08:00 – slots for Wednesday will be released This Sunday 08:00 - slots for Thursday will be released Monday 08:00 – slots for Friday will be released Tuesday 08:00 – slots for Saturday will be released Wednesday 08:00 – slots for Sunday will be released Please note that NEW SLOT DROP TIME OF 08:00 daily - Monday through Sunday. There is no longer a midnight slot drop as of this Thursday 04/06; it has been moved to 08:00 DAILY.

- Please be reminded that ALL OOG Cargo MUST TRANSIT INTO AND OUT of the Terminal via the OOG lanes that are Beside the OCR SHEDS! Please ENSURE that YOUR FLEET TEAMS ARE REMINDING each driver when they are carting OOG Cargo, they are not to Enter or Depart the terminal via the OCR sheds. All OOG units are to be transported into and out of the terminal via the designated OOG Lanes ** these lanes are located besides the OCR sheds that are for general loads only. -

- Please be reminded that as per the National Terminal Carrier Access agreement, ALL trucks that visit DP World BRISBANE TERMINAL are required to have BAT numbers clearly displayed on both sides of the cab of the Vehicle at all times when at the terminal. If your truck does not have BAT numbers clearly displayed on the CAB of the truck, the vehicle will have terminal access removed. All Carriers must have a DP World authorized BAT number, which number must be: (a) clearly and prominently located on Both doors (driver & passenger) (b) and on the cabin roof of the relevant vehicle; and BE AT LEAST 30cm LONG and 20cm HIGH (A4 Landscape size). -

- Please be reminded that as per Schedule 2 of the Port Notice for Potentially High Consequence Dangerous Goods, DP WORLD terminal is only able to accept hazardous export units based on their UN codes time limit restrictions when at the terminal. Please note that Schedule 2 of also applies to Import containers. Based on the UN, these containers are required to be collected from the terminal within strict timeframes. If you have Import bookings for High Consequence Dangerous Goods, please ensure you are aware of the requirements for collection from DP World Terminal. If you’re transporting Dangerous Export Containers and are unsure if they’re High Consequence hazardous goods based on the UN. Please reach out to FIT VBS for assistance, - please ask for clarification and to be sent a copy of the Port Notice for your reference. If you have any questions, please reach out.
